About the Role

The Company is in search of a transformational Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its restaurant division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all field operations, developing and executing the operational growth strategy, and building a strong leadership team to support the company's expansion. This role is pivotal in driving same-store sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence, as well as improving systems, processes, and accountability. The COO will also be instrumental in creating and implementing scalable operating procedures, leading new restaurant openings, and championing a culture of leadership development and employee engagement. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling restaurant brands through significant growth. Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of restaurant P&Ls are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in partnering with private equity, founders, or growth-oriented ownership groups, and must be adept at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills are required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The role demands a builder who can thrive in a growth environment, develop leaders, and ensure the delivery of exceptional financial performance and guest experiences.
