About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO. The COO will be responsible for the oversight of all operational aspects of the business, with a focus on driving best practices and integrating a network of locations to execute innovative service strategies. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned executive with a data-driven, analytical approach, and a proven track record in leading a large-scale, multi-site behavioral healthcare business. The role involves leading the business through a significant growth and expansion phase, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in executing the ambitious growth plan. This executive will be tasked with ensuring the continued growth and attraction of the patient experience in each location, and will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion. The COO will work closely with the CEO to implement the growth strategy and will be expected to have a strong background in operational management within the behavioral healthcare industry. A key requirement is the ability to lead a business with meaningful financial backing, and the candidate should be adept at driving operational efficiency and effectiveness. The position demands a leader who is not only operationally focused but also capable of strategic thinking and is prepared to take on the challenge of a rapidly growing and evolving business.
