About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for its Hematology/Oncology program. This inaugural administrative dyad leader will work in partnership with the Chief Medical Officer to unify and integrate the operations of Hem/Onc services across the three Florida divisions, with the potential for expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing specialty-specific operational strategies that drive financial sustainability, optimize resources, and expand consumer access. Additionally, the role involves serving as a consultant to develop Hem/Onc specialty-specific strategies and clinical standards in the context of the competitive landscape. The Vice President of Operations will also be accountable for leading organizational change and implementing innovative operational models. Candidates for this role must have expertise in large-scale physician practice or specialty service line administration, with a proven track record in dyad/shared leadership models. Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and operational integration are essential, as is the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree and additional experience in a large, multi-division health system. Background in digital health, operational innovation, or academic partnerships is also preferred, along with ACHE certification or a comparable professional credential.
