Regional Vice President, Operations II - USPI - Various Locations in FloridaLead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in a Region in Florida. Your leadership will propel expansion efforts, fostering a high-performing culture and ensuring minimal employee turnover. In this role, you'll also champion operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and implement strategies that drive long-term success all centers.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Design and implement ambitious business plans for each facility, collaborating closely with Surgery Center Administrators to ensure objectives are achieved and regularly reviewed at the board level.Driving Growth: Accelerate case growth by attracting top surgeons' talent, optimizing partnerships with healthcare systems, and launching new service lines that drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.Leadership Development: Develop and mentor future healthcare leaders by providing comprehensive training in HR, finance, and communications, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline and effective succession plans for all key roles.Partnership Excellence: Proactively oversee physician equity and succession planning while enhancing partnerships with health systems through transparent communication and focus on shared success.Cultural Excellence: Champion USPI's EDGE and leadership initiatives by implementing programs such as BeSafe and BeKind to foster a culture of safety, enhance patient satisfaction, and create a workplace where leadership flourishes.This is an opportunity to lead innovation and leave a lasting impact in the healthcare industry. If you are ready to make a meaningful difference, we encourage you to take advantage of this exceptional opportunity.Required Skills:Must have OR Operations leadership experiencePrefer master's degree in business administration or healthcare administration; equivalent experience consideredMinimum five years' experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance and business consultingDemonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people management skillsExcellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with "C" level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workersProficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skillsAbility to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partnersStrong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysisTravel:Up to 75% travel required (vehicle travel). Selected candidates will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
