Regional Vice President of Sales & Operations
Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a rapidly growing wound care organization. We are currently seeking candidates for a Regional Vice President of Sales & Operations opportunity. The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for the performance, growth, and operational execution of multiple markets. The RVP is a growth-oriented local leader and primary connector between central leadership and field teams. Success is measured by market performance, provider productivity, revenue cycle performance, and overall team development. This is a hybrid position requiring regular in-market travel.
Position: Regional Vice President of Sales
Location: Orlando, FL
Duties:
- Business Development & Market Growth: Leads regional sales efforts with a focus on supporting business development team in generating referrals, especially with high-value accounts.
- Operational & Clinical Leadership: Oversee regional operations, including patient intake, scheduling, provider coverage, and quality of care.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, and coach business development and clinical team members in coordination with functional and national leaders.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of healthcare sales leadership (wound care, home health, skilled nursing or related strongly preferred), operational leadership a plus.
- Proven track record in multi-market management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data and act decisively.
- Experience leading teams, including clinicians and business developers.
- Market experience and relationships preferred.
- Travel required (80%)
