You would provide leadership within a dynamic Labor and Delivery department that serves a diverse and growing patient population. The Labor and Delivery, Women's Services, Maternal Child Health, Birthing Center, and Obstetrics teams work together to support a high-volume birthing program known for delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Nurses and providers benefit from advanced maternal care resources, modern labor and delivery suites, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team that supports both routine and high-risk pregnancies. The department's comprehensive women's services and strong physician and midwife collaboration create an environment focused on safety, compassion, and outstanding outcomes for mothers and newborns.
Reporting to departmental nursing leadership, the Clinical Coordinator of Labor and Delivery will provide day-to-day clinical oversight, operational support, staffing coordination, and quality management assistance within the unit. This leadership role works alongside experienced nurse leaders, physicians, advanced practice providers, midwives, educators, and ancillary teams while supporting a group of friendly nurses and diverse healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional maternal care.
