Account Manager (Commercial Lines)

Assistant Account Manager Supports the Account Executives in the day-to-day servicing of Energy & Marine related accounts. Exhibits proven competence in all Assistant Account Manager duties and knowledge requirements; Compiles renewal requests to the clients and completes marketing submissions as directed by the Account Executive; Generates insurance proposals, summaries of insurance and policy schedules as needed; Manages the renewal of non-oil and gas lines of coverage, crime bonds and miscellaneous coverages that do not renew with the majority of the account; Discusses and resolves coverage issues for clients under the direction of the Account Executive; Reviews quotes for accuracy, requests, reviews and processes binders; Reviews carrier invoices for accuracy and processes any requests for financing; Requests, calculates and processes Well Reports; Sets up master certificate of insurance within Epic; Processes and provides premium allocations; Reviews and resolves any Accounts Receivables issues on a weekly basis with input from the Account Executive and/or Producer; Works with clients and carriers on processing final audits; Oversees and delegates work to the Assistant Account Manager and Account Representatives; Collection of fees, reconciliation and resolution of any outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing date; Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information); Other duties as assigned.
