Our ideal candidate: Reliable-Shows up Ready to Work Demonstrated success in sales, preferred in a dealership Outgoing Personality-Ability to guide customers with their needs Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work Independently Customer and sales focused Knowledgeable on products, features, and industry What We Offer: Commission based pay with base Performance-based bonuses available Hands-on training and mentorship Clear path to advancement into full Sales Consultant roles Fun, fast-paced dealership environment Employee discounts on vehicles and service Health and dental benefits after 30 days Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them with vehicle inquiries Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle lineup Shadow senior sales staff and participate in ongoing training Guide customers through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain CRM records and follow-up with potential buyers Requirements: Strong communication and people skills Background in a sales or customer service role is preferred Eagerness to learn and grow Positive attitude and professional appearance Valid driver’s license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent The annual earning potential for this role is $60,000-$80,000 which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
