ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER - Harbor View Place (62727)

Position Title ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER (ACM) Location Harbor View Place - Wilmington, CA 90744 Job Type & Details Full Time, 1st Shift (Day), Hourly $18.00 - $24.00, Up to 25% travel. Responsibilities Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, preparing and distributing notices, and setting up for meetings. Assist in maintaining tenant files, service requests, purchase orders, and incident reports. Assist in obtaining and processing rental applications, handling rent collections and deposits, processing move‑ins and move‑outs, and annual re‑certifications. Assist in scheduling work performed by vendors and maintenance staff, conducting property inspections, logging and filing maintenance work orders, and ordering supplies. Maintain positive tenant relations and deliver outstanding customer service. Maintain strong communication with the property manager and maintenance staff. Support special projects as designated by the Regional Supervisor or designee. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. One (1) year of property management experience, preferably with tax credit (TCAC) properties and the recertification process, or two (2) years of general office/administrative assistant or customer service experience required. Ability to speak, read and write English and to draft clear reports and other correspondence. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus. Ability to communicate with residents and co‑workers from diverse cultures and backgrounds required. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office required.
