Job Title Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Senior Accounting Officer Supervisor) Salary $6,523.00 - $8,106.00 per month Final Filing Date 5/25/2026 Job Description and Duties The Senior Accounting Officer (Supervisor) in the Accounts Receivable Unit of the Finance Division is responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising the Accounts Receivable Unit performing accounts receivable and cashiering tasks. Conduct cross‑training as needed and maintain ongoing communication with staff and Finance Division managers to ensure critical projects and assignments are completed timely and accurately. Working Conditions Travel to/from off‑site training courses may be required. This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule; employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office as assigned, with travel expense to and from the headquarters the responsibility of the employee. Telework requires the employee to reside in California. Minimum Requirements No felony convictions or gambling‑related offenses. Background investigation cleared. Education and experience as specified in the Classification Specification. List, LEAP, SROA, or Surplus eligibility (if applicable). Qualifications Accounts Receivable experience. Experience leading a team as a supervisor or manager. Experience utilizing accounting software/systems. Experience creating, reviewing, and posting accrual and journal entries.
