Maintenance Supervisor
HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry!
Salary: $90,000-$105,000/year + 5% Bonus
Shift: Night Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 6:00 PM-4:00 AM
Location: Relocation Assistance Available + Sign-On Bonus

About the Role
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing night shift maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and develop a team of technicians while driving equipment reliability, preventive maintenance completion, safety, and overall plant uptime.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, train, coach, and develop a maintenance team of 6-8 direct reports
- Schedule maintenance staff and prioritize daily maintenance activities
- Ensure completion of preventative and predictive maintenance work orders
- Troubleshoot and support maintenance activities involving PLCs, pumps, valves, conveyor systems, and electrical equipment
- Support welding, mechanical, and electrical maintenance activities across the facility
- Maintain maintenance inventory, spare parts, and supplies to support operations
- Drive equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime through effective maintenance practices
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, GMPs, and plant procedures
- Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with production and plant leadership to support operational goals
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of maintenance or related experience with demonstrated leadership aptitude
- Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing required
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Experience working with PLCs, conveyor systems, pumps, and valves
- Experience leading and following safety policies and procedures
- Strong communication, team leadership, and organizational skills
