Maintenance Supervisor

HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry!

Salary: $90,000-$105,000/year + 5% Bonus

Shift: Night Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 6:00 PM-4:00 AM

Location: Relocation Assistance Available + Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing night shift maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and develop a team of technicians while driving equipment reliability, preventive maintenance completion, safety, and overall plant uptime.

Job Responsibilities

Lead, train, coach, and develop a maintenance team of 6-8 direct reports
Schedule maintenance staff and prioritize daily maintenance activities
Ensure completion of preventative and predictive maintenance work orders
Troubleshoot and support maintenance activities involving PLCs, pumps, valves, conveyor systems, and electrical equipment
Support welding, mechanical, and electrical maintenance activities across the facility
Maintain maintenance inventory, spare parts, and supplies to support operations
Drive equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime through effective maintenance practices
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, GMPs, and plant procedures
Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with production and plant leadership to support operational goals

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of maintenance or related experience with demonstrated leadership aptitude
Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience
Previous experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing required
Strong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance skills
Experience working with PLCs, conveyor systems, pumps, and valves
Experience leading and following safety policies and procedures
Strong communication, team leadership, and organizational skills
