Accounts Assistant Manager A well-renowned, niche advisory firm based in Malta needs an Accounts Assistant Manager to join their team. As an Accounts Assistant Manager , you will be an integral member within the management team and will be overseeing the firm’s Accounts Department. The right individual will be driven, organized and passionate about their job. The Accounts Assistant Manager must come from a solid accounting background and based in Malta. Salary up to €55K Role & Responsibilities Ensuring compliance with accounting policies Interacting with senior stakeholders, both internal and external Supervising and mentoring staff on a daily basis Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department Providing VAT advice and other advice to clients, in an efficient and accurate manner Skills & Experience Warranted Accountant (in Malta) University Graduate (Honours or Masters in Accountancy) or a holder of an ACCA degree Excellent communication skills in Maltese & English, both written and spoken Solid understanding of GAPSME and IFRS and Maltese VAT legislation Team Leader / Management experience About This Role Salary up to €45K Office hours (Monday to Friday and hybrid model with flexible hours) Competitive benefits Opportunities for career progression Opportunity to work with some of Malta’s market leading accounting professionals JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licensed in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
