Responsibilities Design and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce costs. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and work instructions. Utilize CAD software for designing tooling and fixtures. Monitor production metrics and suggest improvements for continuous enhancement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Train and mentor junior engineering staff and production personnel. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role. Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
