With a focus on financial stability and strong relationships, we equip our agency partners with the tools and support they need to succeed.Risk AnalystSummary of Job Duties:Monitor terminated agent accounts, bond liabilities, forfeitures, judgments, and outstanding balances.Track court deadlines and ensure timely follow-up.Review reports, research court records, and identify potential risks.Maintain accurate records, documentation, and organized files.Assist with payment tracking, collections, and account closures.Communicate and coordinate with agents, courts, attorneys, and internal departments.Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Prior administrative, insurance, legal, or operations experience preferred.Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.Required Skills and Experience:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to review reports, spreadsheets, and identify discrepancies.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience in maintaining accurate records and electronic files.Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external parties.Strong follow-up skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Prior experience in administrative, insurance, legal, collections, or operations support preferred.Required Education:High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bankers Surety Services
