Junior Human Resources Analyst - Systems & Reporting Location: Tampa, FL Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000, based on experience Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office Ray Thomas is partnering with a leading national law firm seeking a Junior Human Resources Analyst to support its HR systems and reporting team. Room for growth within an established, growing national law firm Internal promotion opportunities for strong performers Opportunities to move between teams and broaden your career Work alongside experienced HR systems analysts and build your technical skills Hands-on experience supporting Recruiting, Compensation, and other HR teams Strong benefits and an excellent firm reputation Responsibilities Respond to ad hoc data requests and prepare scheduled reports for HR teams, including Recruiting and Compensation Present data clearly and accurately Troubleshoot HR system issues and resolve help desk tickets Assist with data audits, testing, and validation Maintain system documentation and support process improvements Qualifications 1+ year of Workday or comparable HRIS experience Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information systems, computer science, human resources, or business administration Basic understanding of HRIS functional areas Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information Excel, data analysis, and audit experience preferred ServiceNow experience is a plus Prior law firm experience is not required We look forward to reviewing your application!
