As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, common areas, and other facilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and deep cleaning duties, including but not limited to:

  • Dusting and polishing surfaces

  • Vacuuming and mopping floors

  • Cleaning bathrooms and restrooms

  • Changing linens and bedding

  • Emptying trash and recycling receptacles

• Restock supplies and linens as needed

• Respond to special requests and concerns from patients, families, and staff

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in housekeeping or a related field

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
