Akkodis is looking for a hands-on Senior Manager of Enterprise Collaboration to own and drive the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of the Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end M365 platform, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps), and Copilot Studio.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise collaboration tools, driving adoption, scalability, and innovation across the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of M365 services.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader, capable of diving into configurations, troubleshooting issues, and contributing directly when needed.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders to understand requirements, influence decision-making, and deliver impactful collaboration solutions.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and security standards are upheld across the M365 environment, particularly within SharePoint.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of key controls, including application protection policies, records management (e.g., data classification and sensitivity labels), and secure access models (guest access, direct accounts, etc.).

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration, cloud platforms, or Microsoft 365 administration/engineering.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and owning enterprise platforms at scale.
• Deep technical expertise across the M365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and related services.
• Strong understanding of M365 security, compliance, and governance frameworks, including data protection, records management, and access controls.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Copilot Studio or emerging AI-driven collaboration tools within M365.
• Background in cloud infrastructure or enterprise IT architecture.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and audit processes in highly regulated industries.
