Machine Adjuster TraineeCenveo is the leading North American manufacturer of envelopes with over 100 years of experience and approximately 30 billion envelopes manufactured annually. Cenveo is hiring immediately Machine Adjuster Trainees in the Chicopee, MA location for multiple shifts. This is a developmental position that requires the individual to be successfully progressing to an experienced/advanced level Machine Adjuster position by successfully completing the training. The individual's performance will be evaluated to determine progress in and suitability for the role.Pay & Schedule$22 - $24/hr depending on experience + 2nd & 3rd shift premiums1st shift: 7am -- 3pm2nd shift: 3pm -- 11pm / $1/hr shift premium3rd shift: 11pm - 7am / $2/hr shift premiumMonday - Friday with Saturday as neededShift availability is subject to changeWhat You'll DoAssist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeoversSupport repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issuesMonitor quality and machine performancePerform required maintenance and follow all safety proceduresWhat You Need3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experienceStrong attention to detail and safetyBasic math and computer skillsReliable and eager to learnPhysical RequirementsStanding, bending, lifting up to 55 lbsWork around machinery, noise, inks, solventsCENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER INDCVOP
