About the Role: As an Internal Recruiter, you'll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of clerical, administrative, warehouse, and manufacturing positions while providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients. Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, interview, and screen qualified candidates
- Match candidates with client opportunities based on skills and experience
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and new hire paperwork
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Communicate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Meet recruiting goals while delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency
