Field Recruiter
Are you a people person who enjoys being out in the community instead of sitting behind a desk all day? re looking for an energetic, self-motivated Field Recruiter to help us find top talent while building relationships throughout the Inland Empire.
Monday–Friday
~Weekends as needed based on business demands
Mileage reimbursement provided for work-related travel
Recruit qualified candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial positions.
Travel throughout Ontario, Perris, Moreno Valley, and Riverside to recruit employees.
Attend hiring events, job fairs, community events, and recruiting activities.
Build relationships with community organizations and referral partners.
Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Meet recruiting goals and staffing deadlines.
Represent the company professionally while working in the field.
Perform other recruiting and staffing duties as assigned.
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is Required.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory.
s license and current auto insurance required.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Mileage reimbursement for business travel.
