Henkels & McCoy West is seeking a seeking a motivated, self-starter Recruiter (temp) to join our West Region Operations team.The desired candidate will thrive in a high-volume recruiting culture and have a successful track record of sourcing, screening and hiring qualified field craft leadership and professionals within the construction industry. The territory encompasses the Northern California region and entails partnering with field leaders to source and maintain a qualified and consistent labor pool in the utilities industry (gas, T&D, substation).

Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter with a heavy full-cycle recruiting & talent acquisition emphasis. Construction industry recruiting experience is preferred.
Proficiency with internet, PC computers, and MS Office suite required
ATS experience required; High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree from a four-year university preferred.
