Global Event Coordinator

We are seeking a Global Event Coordinator to play a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of our events. Key Responsibilities Event Strategy & Planning Lead end-to-end planning and execution of all third-party conferences, events and trade shows Build and maintain the annual global events calendar across regions (EU/UK, US and APAC regions) Define event goals, success metrics, and KPIs for each event type (brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline impact, engagement) Event Logistics and admin Manage end-to-end logistics for global events (scientific conferences, trade shows, sponsored symposia) with a focus on driving engagement and lead generation. Ensure all event deliverables are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards Oversee exhibitor logistics: registration, shipping, AV, internet, power, storage, and on-site services (with support of admin colleagues) Maintain a centralized inventory and asset management system for event materials Partner with internal teams to develop messaging, creative assets, and experiences that reflect the brand’s innovation and leadership Coordinate speaker participation, abstract submissions, panel involvement, and sponsored sessions where applicable Track and report event ROI and performance metrics to inform future strategy. Regional activations - Campus events, Lunch & Learns / Field Events Plan and execute campus activations and on-site engagements at customer, partner, and academic locations Deliver external lunch-and-learn programmes in collaboration with sales and product teams Ensure consistency of experience and messaging across small-scale and large-scale events Qualifications & Skills 2-3+ years of experience in global event coordination, experiential marketing, or field marketing Experience in biotech, life sciences, healthcare, or a highly regulated industry preferred Demonstrated success managing large-scale global conferences and exhibitions Strategic event planning and execution Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and strategic mindset. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
