Responsibilities Adhere to all Food & Beverage Department policies and procedures. Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. Deliver “ACES” guest service standards during every guest interaction. Promote and model superior customer service in line with department and company expectations. Ensure prompt, accurate delivery of food orders using correct seat numbers to avoid food auctioning. Assist in clearing used dishes, glassware, and utensils from guest tables. Comply with all Health Department standards. Set tables with clean silverware, glassware, and linens as needed. Replenish supplies of linens, dishes, glassware, and utensils in the dining area as needed. Assist servers in enhancing the guest dining experience. Complete assigned opening duties (e.g., folding napkins, prepping bread and butter portions). Execute closing duties (e.g., cleaning food service trays, wrapping or discarding leftover items, etc). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo area and food running trays. Maintain professional appearance in compliance with grooming standards. Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude. Demonstrate behavior consistent with Boomtown’s Service Guarantees and Core Values. Perform additional tasks assigned by the dining room manager, chef, or supervisor.
