Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:Engagement Scope:Exposure to functional areas like Core HR, Absence Mgmt and BenefitsData Migration & Integration - HCM Extracts, HDLDeveloping Payroll Interface, OTBI Reporting & Fast FormulasKnowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecturePrevious experience of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in R8/R9/R10 (1-2 years)Strong Analytical and Communication skills Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelPreferred:-At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesAt least 2 years of experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) / Cloud Modules implementation / integration At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processQualificationsBasic Qualification:-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
