OverviewJob PurposeThe Principal Consultant, Technology Delivery, serves as the critical bridge between internal teams and client organizations, ensuring that technology solutions are delivered reliably, integrations operate seamlessly, and evolving strategies are anticipated and addressed.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of mortgage technology initiatives, including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation projectsCommunicate ICE’s technology vision across cloud, SaaS, architecture, and modernizationChampion adoption of new technologies and enterprise architecture standards.Lead audits, security assessments, questionnaire responses, and remediation planningOversee integrations between mortgage platforms and enterprise applicationsFacilitate executive governance meetings, project status reporting, and stakeholder communicationsDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes, release management, and operational efficiencyPartner with clients to develop data strategies that connect mortgage servicing operations to business outcomes, improving visibility, reducing risk, and enabling smarter decision-makingTranslate complex data and integration concepts into clear, actionable business conversations for client leadership and internal stakeholdersServe as a bridge between ICE’s data engineering, product, and client services teams to ensure client data and technology needs are understood, prioritized, and deliveredProvide strategic recommendations on best practices, regulatory considerations, and technology changes, positioning clients for long-term operational successConsult directly with client executives and may travel to client sites to facilitate strategic discussions and drive project alignmentManage stakeholder communications across multiple organizational levels, translating between executive strategy and technical implementationPerforms other related duties as assignedKnowledge and ExperienceComputer Science or Information Technology, or related bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experienceExperience with APIs, microservices, SaaS platforms, AWS, Azure, SQLDemonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholdersStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business languageExcellent organization, prioritization, and project management skillsStrong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in high-pressure, client-driven environmentsExceptional customer service and relationship management skills that build high levels of trust and satisfaction with internal and external clients at all levelsAbility to travel up to 10%Preferred Knowledge and ExperienceTechnical and Integration SkillsWorking knowledge of JavaScript, Microsoft .NET, and web-based application architectures.Cybersecurity frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, NIST, FFIEC).IAM/SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), encryption, DevSecOps, API security, network/cloud security.AI and Analytics Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
