What You'll Be Doing

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages from service customers.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to help maximize shop productivity.
• Proactively contact customers regarding recommended maintenance, overdue services, and upcoming service needs.
• Follow up with customers who have missed or canceled appointments to get them rescheduled.
• Respond promptly and professionally to online service inquiries.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information in our CRM and scheduling systems.
• Work closely with service advisors, management, and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet and exceed individual and departmental appointment-setting and customer satisfaction goals.

• Previous automotive service BDC, dealership, call center, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Automotive experience is preferred but not required. We're willing to invest in the right attitude and work ethic!
