We're looking for a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Representative who loves competition, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and wants to earn as much money as possible. Position Summary
This isn't an order-taking position—we're looking for a hunter.
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to hammer the phones , generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, grow existing customers, and maximize sales every single day.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls every day
• Prospect and open new wholesale accounts
• Reactivate inactive customers and grow existing accounts
• Build strong relationships with smoke shops, vape shops, convenience stores, liquor stores, and other retail customers
• Educate customers on new products, promotions, and pricing
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly
• Enter orders accurately and maintain customer records
• Use CRM software to manage your sales pipeline and customer activity
• Work closely with management to identify sales opportunities and market trends
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, telesales, account management, or B2B sales experience
• Comfortable making 75–150+ outbound sales calls per day
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
• Highly competitive with a strong desire to win
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Comfortable using CRM software and able to quickly learn new systems and business applications
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willing to Travel for Customer Engagements (Valid Real ID/Passport)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the vape, nicotine, tobacco, convenience store, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries
• Existing relationships with smoke shops, vape shops, convenience stores, or wholesale distributors
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms
