Warehouse Manager

Reports to: Head of Operations Type: Full-time, on-site TrendyGolf is relocating its US fulfilment operation from California to a new facility in Jupiter, FL. This role leads the stand‑up and migration of the new site, then owns day‑to‑day operations once live. Role Summary Own the new TrendyGolf US warehouse end‑to‑end: commission the site, migrate inventory and processes from California with zero disruption to customer delivery, hire and build the local team, then run steady‑state fulfilment for a premium golf apparel e‑commerce brand. This is a build‑it‑then‑run‑it role; we need someone comfortable with both project delivery and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities Transition / site set‑up Lead commissioning of the Jupiter facility: racking, layout, pick/pack flow, packing stations, equipment. Plan and execute inventory migration from the California site with minimal downtime and full stock accuracy. Stand up warehouse systems (WMS / inventory, integration with Shopify and courier platforms). Recruit, onboard and train the new Florida warehouse team. Establish SOPs for receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, returns and dispatch. Steady‑state operations Own daily fulfilment: order accuracy, pick/pack throughput, same‑day dispatch cut‑offs. Maintain inventory accuracy (cycle counts, stock reconciliation, shrinkage control). Manage courier relationships and dispatch performance; optimise shipping cost and speed. Hit KPIs on order SLA, accuracy, cost‑per‑order and returns processing time. Manage H&S compliance (OSHA), housekeeping and facility upkeep. Lead, schedule and develop the warehouse team; manage peak‑season staffing (golf seasonality). Report weekly on throughput, accuracy, cost and headcount. Requirements 5+ years warehouse/fulfilment management, with e‑commerce or retail experience. Proven experience setting up, relocating or scaling a warehouse/DC. Strong inventory management and WMS experience. People leadership — hiring and running warehouse teams. Knowledge of US shipping/courier operations and OSHA H&S standards. Data‑literate: comfortable with fulfilment KPIs and reporting. Experience through peak/seasonal demand cycles. 10 days holiday, plus one additional day for each year of service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
