Ready to take the lead? A premier electronics and tools distributor established in 2008 is seeking a dynamic Inbound Team Lead to drive our logistics success. You will oversee receiving operations, champion safety, and mentor a high-performing team. What You’ll Do Lead & Train: Supervise warehouse associates, fostering a safe and respectful work environment. Manage Inbound: Coordinate daily unloading, inspection, and efficient put‑away of merchandise. Ensure Accuracy: Verify received inventory against shipping documents and resolve discrepancies. Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies. Collaborate: Partner with logistics providers and internal teams (Sales/Marketing) to streamline operations. Monitor performance metrics and optimize warehouse workflows. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years in a warehouse/logistics environment with proven team leadership. Tech‑Savvy: Experience with RF Smart scanners; NetSuite WMS knowledge is a major plus. Physical Capability: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate forklifts or pallet jacks. Communication: Exceptional organizational skills; bilingual (English/French) is preferred. Flexibility: Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts as needed.
