Associate Sales Representative - West Palm Beach, FL - IVS

Entry-level field sales role supporting interventional spine medical device territory in South Florida. Partner with experienced representatives to assist clinical procedures, manage accounts, and drive territory growth while building foundational sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Support sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across territory
- Prepare for and assist clinical procedures in operating rooms and office-based settings
- Provide product education and support to surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff
- Manage inventory, product availability, and case preparation within territory
- Track sales activities, maintain account records, and support reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Preferred: 1+ year outside sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
- Preferred: Experience in medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales environments
- Preferred: Demonstrated responsibility through work, athletics, military, or leadership activities
Compensation: $70,000 base salary plus eligible bonus and benefits
