Position Overview: On behalf of our esteemed client, we are actively seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Commercial Litigation to become an integral part of their dynamic team in Palm Beach Gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases from initiation to conclusion.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Conduct thorough legal research to address and resolve complex issues.
• Handle pre-trial preparations, court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure client satisfaction and positive case outcomes.
• Engage in business development activities, leveraging existing connections and creating new ones.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active license and in good standing to practice law in the state of Florida.
• 4-6 years of demonstrable experience in commercial litigation.
• Robust drafting/writing and research capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage cases with minimal supervision and a successful trial track record.
• Proficient knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
• Portable book of business will be considered an advantage.
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
