The Opportunity As a Production CrontrolCoordinator, you will be the critical link between operations and administration, ensuring that all production data, schedules, and reporting are accurate and up to date. You will supportoperations leaders, allowing them to stay focused on production, ordering, and execution while you keep the administrative side running seamlessly. What You’ll Do Maintain accurate production, inventory, and operational records. Prepare and distribute daily production and packing reports. Lead and participate in daily team huddles. Ensure workstations are fully set up and operational throughout each shift. Monitor adherence to quality, food safety, and operational standards. Oversee proper product labeling, dating, and inventory rotation. Support attendance, uniform, and workplace readiness standards. Maintain production documentation and departmental records. Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance. Review and validate operational data for accuracy and reporting. Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate logs and required department documentation. Share customer feedback with team members to drive continuous improvement and service excellence. What We Look For in a Candidate High school diploma or equivalent 1–3+ years of administrative or clerical experience (3–5 years preferred) Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and data entry) Strong attention to detail Good organization and time management Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
