Customer Service Representative

Twin City Staffing is hiring a customer service representative for a hybrid opportunity backed by an industry-leading corporate enterprise! In this role, you will resolve customer inquiries, process orders through PeopleSoft, generate sales reports, and support key account managers. Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Wage: $20 - $22/hr
Hours: 1st Shift: Available between 7 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift

- Answer incoming customer calls and emails to resolve order status, backorders, and parts inquiries
- Process incoming orders accurately in software systems and track them through to final delivery
- Generate daily reports and execute administrative tasks for key account managers and sales teams
- Track recurring customer issues, report trends to leadership, and escalate complex account problems
- 2 to 4 years of experience working in a call center, customer service center, or corporate support role
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience or familiarity using PeopleSoft enterprise software is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and a secondary language is a plus
