Customer Service Representative

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, an innovative healthcare organization. This is a fully onsite opportunity based in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. POSITION OVERVIEW: Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to healthcare professionals, laboratories, research institutions, and clinical partners throughout the United States and Canada. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, account setup, and service support while collaborating closely with internal laboratory and operations teams.
