As a Route Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting and delivering goods to our various locations throughout Ohio and Michigan. Your responsibilities will include operating a commercial motor vehicle, conducting necessary inspections, loading/unloading products, adhering to traffic regulations, planning efficient routes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. Requirements: Must have a valid CDL-A license Proven experience as a professional CDL-A driver, preferably in a route delivery role Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic regulations Excellent map reading and navigation skills to ensure timely deliveries Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members High degree of reliability, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting delivery schedules Must be able to pass a drug screen The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
