HVAC/R Pipefitter/Installer

The Opportunity We are currently hiring installers for construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. Ideal candidates will have experience in a skilled trade such as carpentry, framing, roofing, mechanics, plumbing, HVAC, or new construction. If you're comfortable working with your hands, using tools daily, and tackling time‑sensitive tasks with a positive attitude, you'll be a great fit. What You’ll Do Work on‑site at customer locations to build or remodel HVAC & Refrigeration systems; including the installation of piping support systems, pipefitting, brazing, and insulating refrigeration lines. Use hand tools and power tools including: sawzall, circular saw, drills, and grinders. Work on a team under tight deadlines and changing priorities. Travel to job sites as needed (some overnight work may occur). Maintain a safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols, including the proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently or on a team. Experience in a trade or hands‑on construction role (required). Solid experience using power tools (sawzall, circular saw, etc.). Basic brazing or welding experience (preferred). Must have reliable transportation. Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and working in various environments. Why work at Accutherm?
