Quality Superintendent

OverviewLead quality efforts throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring all work meets project requirements, company standards, and client expectations. Partner with field and office teams to drive quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project quality initiatives from planning through closeout.Ensure quality standards, expectations, and procedures are communicated and followed by all project teams.Monitor installations and perform field reviews to verify work is completed correctly.Coordinate inspections, track issues, and drive timely resolution of deficiencies and punch list items.Maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and project records.Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to identify risks, conflicts, or quality concerns before construction.Support project scheduling and manpower planning related to inspections and quality activities.Work closely with project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and engineers to maintain compliance and improve project outcomes.Audit quality processes and documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to project requirements.Mentor team members and promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.5+ years of construction experience, including field leadership responsibilities.OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR certification preferred.Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quality control processes, and OSHA regulations.Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools.Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.BenefitsBase ($120,000-$160,000) + Bonus401k MatchFull Medical, Dental and VisionGenerous PTOAuto, Cell, Gas Stipends
