POSITION SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across all departments. This role is essential to ensuring accurate tax document management, effective client communication, and smooth day-to-day departmental workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to tax professionals, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars Prepare, organize, and maintain tax documents and filings in compliance with all applicable regulations Assist with tax return preparation and related documentation Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential tax records Communicate with clients regarding document requests, updates, and inquiries in both English and Spanish Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information for tax filings Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and office organization Preferred Qualifications Prior experience filing tax return / familiarity with process of tax returns

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

In-office position Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
