Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Agent

Family Health Centers of San Diego

Family Health Centers of San Diego is hiring a Regular Full Time Customer Service Representative in our San Diego call center. You will answer inbound calls, provide information, direct callers to the right area, and assist with scheduling appointments in a courteous, professional manner.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of customer service experience, and bilingual Spanish/English. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
