Job Summary (Mt. Sterling, KY)
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions and blueprints.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment as needed.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MOUNT STERLING, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
