Our client, a nationwide manufacturing company, is seeking a dependable and safety-focused individual with manufacturing experience to join their team in Conshohocken for a great Direct Hire opportunity

This is a hands-on production role responsible for preparing, molding, processing, and finishing composite materials.

Please note:  This job requires employees to be medically cleared and fitted for a respirator. To ensure a proper respirator seal, employees in this role must remain clean shaven in all areas where the respirator contacts the face. Facial hair that interferes with the respirator seal is not permitted.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $21 / hour

Job Description:

• Mix component powders, fibers, and other raw materials according to production specifications.
• Prepare, pack, and assemble molds with composite material blends.
• Operate ovens, presses, and other manufacturing equipment used in the molding process.
• Safely remove heated molds from ovens and presses and perform demolding operations.
• Clean, inspect, reassemble, and maintain molds using sandblasting, honing, and other approved methods.
• Perform basic lathe operations to remove surface imperfections and support product quality requirements.
• Accurately document production data and maintain process records throughout all stages of production.
• Conduct routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance activities.

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma
• Prior experience working in production or manufacturing
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to elevated temperatures.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to successfully pass respirator medical clearance and fit testing requirements.
