We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who can lead a team, deliver outstanding service, and help increase profits. Prior restaurant experience is a plus. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a restaurant team to provide excellent service and performance. Demonstrate leadership to tackle problems and delegate effectively. Foster a collaborative team environment and provide mentorship as needed. Help manage operations to support quality food and customer experience. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.
