Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: OB/GYN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2+ years of High Risk Labor and Delivery or Antepartum experience License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, NRP, Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Must-Have: High Risk Obstetrical Experience (Labor & Delivery or Antepartum) 2+ Years of Client Experience BLS NRP AWHONN Description: MUST HAVE L&D/ANTEPARTUM EXPERIENCE Unit highlights and information have been carefully prepared for ease of understanding. The unit consists of 19 beds with patient ratios of 1:5. Documentation is done using Meditech and CPIN. Shifts will be scheduled to fill vacancies, and holiday requirements will be discussed during the interview process. Floating may occur as needed. Candidates must possess experience managing Magnesium Sulfate and preterm labor. The dress code requires blue insignia scrubs which must be ordered. Nail policies state that nails should be clean and healthy, with no artificial nails or gel. Hair should be neat and clean, with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair longer than shoulder length must be pulled back while working. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings, other than ears, are not permitted. Please note that adherence to attendance policies is required. New equipment and technology in a newly renovated Women's Services Unit make this an attractive assignment.
