Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Provide critical emergency nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Respond promptly to patient needs, perform clinical procedures, and collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, IVs, and perform phlebotomy as needed.
  
  
• 
  Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret EKG results accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document all patient interactions and clinical procedures in the electronic medical record.
  
  
• 
  Respond swiftly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold active BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications.
  
  
• 
  Possess proven experience in emergency nursing or similar high-pressure environments.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate excellent adaptability and teamwork skills.
  
  
• 
  Be licensed as a Registered Nurse with appropriate state credentials.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong communication skills and positive attitude under pressure.
