Trainer - 1st Shift - Lebanon, IN

Shift 1st Shift – Tuesday through Friday – 4‑10 hour days – 5:45 am – 4:15 pm – Days off are Saturday, Sunday & Monday. What you’ll do on a typical day Present information using a variety of formats and techniques, including role‑playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures. Provide training programs to help workers maintain and improve job skills. Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment and instructors. Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs. Inform management of training program status. What you need to succeed at GXO Minimum requirements Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult training methodologies. Ability to follow verbal and written directions. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis. Preferred qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or Training. Professional training certification. 2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in a training role.
