Senior Service Engineer

To drive the successful implementation of ServiceNow applications for federal government projects, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will design, develop, and deploy solutions remotely, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability while leading a team in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical oversight and guidance for efficient solution delivery Required qualifications: Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs
