Growing Consumer Products Company in the Fall River, MA area has a need for a Social Media Manager. It is a direct hire role with full benefits and a bonus program. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including posts, videos, and graphics
- Manage social media accounts and communities, monitoring comments and messages
- Run social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports on key insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media management tools and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and online marketing trends
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
