Digital Marketing Assistant

As a Digital Marketing Assistant at Jaia Robotics, you will support our marketing, sales, and customer success teams in building brand awareness and expanding our presence within the blue economy. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who enjoys both strategic planning and hands‑on execution across digital marketing channels. You will contribute to social media campaigns, digital advertising, content creation, website management, analytics reporting, and public relations initiatives. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Marketing Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Develop engaging content including graphics, captions, blogs, feature articles, and short‑form marketing copy. Assist with content calendars and social media strategy implementation. Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase audience reach and interaction. Digital Marketing & Advertising Support digital marketing initiatives including banner ads, online listings, email campaigns, and promotional content. Assist with setup, optimization, and reporting for Google Ads campaigns. Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools. Help maintain and update the company WordPress website. Public Relations & Communications Draft press releases, feature articles, and marketing communications. Support media outreach and industry event promotion. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer success stories and brand messaging. Capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams while also taking initiative independently. Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable marketing improvements. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Qualifications & Skills Studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva & WordPress systems. Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and content marketing preferred. Passion for technology, innovation, and environmental sustainability. It would be Awesome if you have… Interest in marine technology and the blue economy.
