About the Role The Marketing Associate supports the company’s marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, creating marketing materials, managing digital content, and helping promote the company’s products, services, and brand across multiple locations. This role works closely with sales, product management, and leadership to develop marketing programs that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media platforms. Create and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials. Support the coordination of promotional campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and customer events. Manage company social media accounts by creating engaging content and monitoring interactions. Update and maintain company website content, product information, and marketing assets. Support email marketing campaigns, including audience management, content creation, and performance tracking. Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, and other marketing partners. Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing materials that support customer acquisition and retention. Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.Maintain brand consistency across all company communications and locations. Organize and maintain the company’s library of marketing materials and digital assets. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Assist with customer surveys, testimonials, and case studies. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned. *This job description outlines the basic duties and requirements for the position of Marketing Associate. Duties may vary depending on the needs of the organization Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field preferred. 0–3 years of marketing experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or advanced Canva. Familiarity with social media management platforms and their analytical tools. Basic knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Creative thinking with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong proofreading and editing skills. Ability to analyze marketing data and make recommendations. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong customer service mindset. Portfolio Required: Must submit a digital portfolio, link to personal website, or PDF showcasing 2-3 examples of original graphic design and 2-3 examples of social posts including copy (Academic projects and internship samples accepted).
