Salary Range: $42,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various manufacturing presses (e.g., hydraulic, mechanical, punch).
• Perform die changes and adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
• Monitor press operations, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Perform routine maintenance on presses and tooling to ensure longevity and prevent breakdowns.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications to determine production requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses (e.g., stamping, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience operating and troubleshooting digital print equipment.
• Forklift certification.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools.
• Basic mechanical repair skills.
